What We Do
Three mandates, one profession
Advocacy
We represent members' interests in appointment policy, before regulators and — where necessary — in court, so that Masters' panel appointments and business rescue mandates are distributed equitably.
Standards
Members subscribe to a code of professional conduct aligned with industry norms. Good standing is certified for Masters' offices, the CIPC, banks and state tender panels.
Development
Through CPD seminars, mentorship and practical training we build the pipeline of Black liquidators, trustees and licensed business rescue practitioners.

Financial distress is not the end of the road.
Business rescue under Chapter 6 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 gives a viable company breathing space: a licensed practitioner takes temporary supervision, creditors are restrained, and a rescue plan is put to the vote. Acting early is what saves businesses — and jobs.
